How vouchers work:

Simply purchase add the product to your cart and complete the check-out process. Orders with physical merchandise to ship may take up to 48 hours to process, but most vouchers are ready within minutes!

Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with the digital gift card voucher that you can print or email to the recipient. You can also find copies of all your vouchers in your account. Please treat these voucher codes like cash!

How to redeem:

Enter your digital gift card voucher number during the checkout under “coupon codes” or “discount codes”.

The face-value of your gift card voucher will be applied to the total purchase price (including taxes and shipping). If your purchase total exceeds the face-value of your gift, you’ll be required to complete the process by adding an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance.

If your total purchase is less than the face-value of your gift, please hang on to the voucher number, as any remaining balance will be tied to that specific code. Simply use the same code for your next purchase.

The fine print:

Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. At this time, vouchers may be redeemed for merchandise (including subscriptions) on our website or at select in-person events where Lady Cox Collection operates a community vendor stall.
